Order Placement Guidelines

1. How can I place my orders?

  1.   Add your chosen products to cart.
  2.   Complete the Order Form.
  3.  Send your payment via Bank Transfer or GCash.
  4.  Confirm your order and payment by answering our Store Representative’s follow-up call.


2. Do you have Minimum Order Quantity?

    EcoSci Food Store accepts orders of at least one (1) pack of any item for deliveries within Metro Manila and some parts of Rizal (Antipolo, Cainta, Taytay). We can also deliver to selected provincial areas within South & North Luzon but with Minimum Order Quantities and Delivery Schedule. Below are our list of serviceable areas and their respective MOQs and delivery schedule:

3. Are you open until Sunday?

     Unfortunately, our offices are not open every Sunday, but you may place your orders here at our website any day, 24/7. All orders placed here will be processed on the next business day before 12pm for same-day pick-up and 2pm for next day deliveries. We are open every Monday to Saturday from 8AM to 6PM.


4. Will my orders be entertained any time?

     We highly encourage you to place your orders through our website or account executives and wait until you receive an update informing you that your order is ready, before proceeding to our storage to pick up the item(s). This is so that you can prevent long waiting times. Please take note that only orders placed through the website or an account executive before 12:00 PM (Cut-off Time) will be entertained for customers wanting to pick-up within the day. Otherwise, the order will be processed and served on the next available day.


5. Where can I get an updated price list?

     You may download our updated price list by clicking the Pricelist tab on the upper right corner on the first page, filling up the required details and clicking Submit. After doing so, check the downloaded file on your files under Downloads.  If you would just like to check the price for a particular item, you may go through the “Shop” tab, then choose the categories for the item you are looking for until you are able to see the prices per item.



1. When can I expect my orders to be delivered?

    Currently, we can only do same-day delivery for retail orders (orders by pack). For Wholesale orders, deliveries for this will be subject to our delivery schedule (please refer to #2) unless you initiate to book a courier yourself. We will give you an update once the order is ready for pick-up.


2. Where and when can I pick up my orders?

For customers with reefer trucks, items may be picked up at the storage (Rm D, V&F Ice Plant and Cold Storage, Sumulong Highway, Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo City).

Meanwhile, for customers with non-reefer vehicles, items will be prepared for pick up at our Retail Store (EcoSci Food Commercial Office, OTTO Shoe Factory, #232 Sumulong Highway, Antipolo City). Please coordinate with your sales representative for your assigned pick-up point and pick-up time.  


For Cash upon pick-up, payments are made at Rm D, V&F Ice Plant and Cold Storage, Sumulong Highway, Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo City


The following guidelines apply for pick-ups and payments to be made at Storage:


Lead Time

We follow a First Come, First Serve Basis for wholesale order processing. We suggest that you place your order 5 hours in advance before your preferred pick-up time. 


Proper Attire

Wearing of sando, slippers, shorts, and/or ripped jeans are strictly prohibited, and mask and face shield should be worn at all times inside the storage premises. Anyone who will not follow these guidelines will not be allowed to enter and pick-up their orders.



Storage Breaks

Please take note of the following Storage Breaks that may affect the releasing time of your pick-up orders.

07:00 AM – 08:00 AM

12:00 NN – 01:30 PM

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM

03:00 PM – 03:30 PM


Orders can be paid and picked up until 5pm. Please inform your account executive should you ask for an extension, which will be allowed only until 6pm. For wholesale orders paid in advance, items can be picked up any time as long as time is not within our storage breaks.

3. How will you keep my orders frozen during delivery?

     For wholesale orders (orders above 20kg), our refrigerated truck which keeps the items frozen will be used to deliver your items. For orders below 20kg, third-party couriers will be used with non-insulated boxes, so we suggest that you purchase a styro box from us along with your items to keep them frozen.

Returning Guidelines

  1. Customers should notify EcoSci Food of their intention to return items within 2 days of receiving the goods
  2. For items to be returned, the following conditions must be met:
    • Items must still be in a hard-frozen state and must have never been thawed
    • Items must remain intact and must not have undergone any processing (i.e. slicing, cutting, grinding, marinating, etc.)
    • Complete details of the item/s for return must be provided: 
      • Delivery Date,
      • Quantity
      • Production Date and/or Expiration Date
      • Valid reason for returning
      • Photos
  1. Packaging of the item to be returned should be in good condition (i.e must still be in the original packaging or box, without any marks and no sign of tampering).

Note: In the event that the above-mentioned conditions are not met, e.g opened, re-taped and not in the original box/packaging, but the item is in good condition, the customer will have to shoulder the Reboxing Fee for Php 60.00/box.


Invalid Reasons for Item Return

  1. Storage Problem – if customers’ storage capacity is not enough to store their orders. 
  2. If the customer cannot sell the item and if our customer’s client rejects the item.
  3. If the customer mistakenly placed the wrong order or item or if the customer was not able to understand the Sales Agent through no fault of the Sales Agent, resulting in an incorrect order.

1. If I can’t reach your phone lines, who can I ask about my orders?

    For inquiries about order details and status (ex. invoice total, delivery update, etc.), please check your email & mobile phones. If you have other questions not answerable by our updates, you may talk to your respective account executive about this. Our phone lines are available from 9AM to 6PM.
